Helping clients to Restore and Perform.

“Whatever level of movement you are currently at, all levels can be improved.”

–Hunter, Biomechanics Specialist

With Form First, you will achieve the greatest movement your body has ever experienced.

When you are able to perform activities with reduced pain, you are able to experience life’s moments to the fullest.

IMPROVE…

  • Posture

  • Mobility

  • Biomechanics

  • Strength

  • Performance

The human body is not only complex, its ability to adapt to situations is remarkable. This is both a blessing and a curse. When the body gets injured, it adapts to injuries and creates new movement patterns. This is referred to as a dysfunctional movement pattern. This leads to more pain and potentially more injuries. These dysfunctional movement patterns can easily be improved, if not completely corrected.

Form First is your blueprint to a pain-free life.

What is a Biomechanics Specialist?

I focus on correcting my client’s posture in order to reduce pain and prevent injury. Once the posture is enhanced and pain is no longer an issue, then I focus on their gait and the quality of their movement leading to increased performance.

What Clients Experience…

"I have been in chronic back pain for over 8 years. I had just accepted the fact that I would always live my life in a state of pain and debilitation. But through Hunter’s program, I have been literally given my life back. I can once again enjoy many of the activities of life that I had given up on long ago.”
